Baseline’s Business Intelligence (BI) Best Practices Workshop offers a survey of lessons learned about business intelligence implementation and ongoing support across industries. It provides a practical framework for identifying and applying those practices that are relevant to your company. Who Should Attend

Baseline’s Business Intelligence Best Practices Workshop is designed for business and IT constituents responsible for planning and evaluating, implementing, or supporting business intelligence (BI) applications. This workshop is for:

  • Executives chartered to govern the prioritization, funding and evaluation of BI initiatives that enhance the business value of the company’s data asset.
  • BI project and program sponsors responsible for defining the company’s approach to BI across constituencies competing for resources, and championing long-term strategies for BI capabilities.

  • Data professionals – including data architects, data modelers, and data stewards – responsible for supporting end users through shared information access, understanding, and business.
