Workshop
Overview
Baseline’s Business Intelligence (BI) Best Practices
Workshop offers a survey of lessons learned about business
intelligence implementation and ongoing support across industries.
It provides a practical framework for identifying and applying
those practices that are relevant to your company. The workshop
is a resource for monitoring the industry for new best practices
and best in class solutions.
Baseline clients have won BI best practice awards. This
workshop presents real-life case studies of companies that
have not only deployed successful BI solutions, but have
built the necessary infrastructure and organizational frameworks
to support them. Participants leave with a tailored set
of best practices and the stakeholders who are—or
will be—accountable for them.
