Okay, okay. You’ve been surfing our website and learning about Baseline Consulting, but at this point, you’re probably wondering where our Vision Statement is. Here you go:

Baseline Consulting is the premier specialty provider
of business solutions through data expertise.

As important as this vision is to us, successful delivery to our clients is even more important. We’ve developed Guiding Principles (we build these for some of our clients, too) that serves as a set of common philosophies for how we do our work. In fact, we have thirteen of them. They are:

  1. Work Damn Hard.
  2. Respect people’s time.
  3. Delineate skill sets.
  4. Be willing to teach, be willing to learn.
  5. Treat everyone with respect, including the competition.
  6. Work Damn Hard.
  7. Let the team doing the work make its own rules.
  8. Be irreverent.
  9. Apply energy to everything you do. (Use caffeine if necessary.)
  10. Differentiate the deliverable.
  11. Time is the only unambiguous performance measure. Be fast.
  12. Understand that business-driven IT projects are both science and art.
  13. Work Damn Hard.
